Refund Policy
Summit registrations may be cancelled and full refund
issued, minus a processing fee, if cancellation request is received no later than
11:30PM PST, Monday, April 12, 2010 (30 days before the event). The
full amount paid minus a $25 processing fee will be refunded.
A cancellation fee of 50% of registration costs plus a $25 fee will
be applied for cancellation requests received after 11:30PM PST,
April 12, 2010 and before 11:30PM PST, May 2,
2010 (29 days before the event).
No refund will be issued for cancellations received after 11:30PM
PST, on May 2, 2010.
All registration cancellation requests must be submitted on the
Refund Request Form and sent via fax or regular mail. Please fax cancellations, if possible. If necessary to cancel by USPS,
please allow additional time for a response. All refund payments will
be processed after the completion of the Etudes Users Summit.
Etudes is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as
weather conditions, flight changes, prepaid parking, etc. No refunds
will be given in these situations.
